Long time, no blog!

It’s been a while since I’ve been on facebook, mostly because it’s repetitive and boring for the most part. But I figure now that I have next-to-no social life, and what life I do have is repetitive and boring now too, facebook is a good way to to just that, to a lesser degree.

For those who don’t know, I’m working 48-55 hours weekly at Harper’s, and I get Wednesdays and Thursdays off (I work 8-6 on weekends. Joy.)

I”m hoping to find new work, but I think it’s a little late. I’m looking for a job that pays $11 or more with normal hours (8-6 weekdays only, 9-5 is fine too). Nothing wrong with my job now, except for the whole interfering with my entire life outside of work thing. No biggie.

Apart from now being an expert on taking pumps apart and printing sale signs for the fishies, I am also now a ninja master, and have been knighted by the Queen of England. You may now refer to me as Sir Ninja Pirate Kurt. Oh, did I leave out the part about the Harper’s Garden Centre Water Garden area being on a pirate ship? I am captain of a pirate ship now too.

I swear. No lies. When have I ever lied about something like that?

Outside work, not much is happening. I’m still hoping to get out into the world for a night, buy a Compact Flash card (unless someone here has one they’d like to give me, doesn’t need to be big), and start recording some music. Some things I have in store are a Rammstein-themed one-riff song, an Acoustic version of “The Pot” by Tool, and a remake of that song I made by throwing together some notes in grade 10 for that game I made. Remember? THAT one? Dungeonmaster! The 1980’s-styled text-based adventure. I have a few more things planned, but like most things, it probably won’t work out (Megaman X Flame Mammoth/Storm Eagle/Intro Stage/Menu Remix).

And of course, the hunt for a girlfriend continues, yielding little, as usual. Damn standards/self-esteem.

Might as well post this in my blog too.

I’ll visit school again to see whoever’s still there, if there’s enough interest. I don’t really want to go back if I don’t gotta, but of course, there’s treats involved. Ginger Cookies, perhaps! Y’all love ‘em. Who doesn’t? But y’all gotta tell me if you’re interested.

I figure if I type anymore, all of you will just skim this, so I’ll stop!
